Day-Per-Page Slimming World Compatible Food Diary
Our day-per-page Slimming World food diary is good for either 14 or 21 weeks and has loads of space for food logging and meal planning.
Each of the log pages has space for logging your food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, a treats column with spaces to log your S values, and space for your two extras. In addition to the food logging, there's a space for the date, your water, fruit and veg intake, meal planning, shopping list, exercise/activity, notes and mood logger.
Each diary includes: Intro page. weight and measurements page, either 100 or 150 logging pages and a notes pages.
- A5 size book with colour printing throughout on great quality smooth 90gsm paper.
- Front and back covers are printed on great quality card and protected by thick plastic covers which ensures your log book is well protected.
- Wire binded with a 1mm greyboard back which gives the book sturdiness without making it fully hardback.
