It's a handy A5 sized notepad with space for 50 meetings. Each meeting spread runs over two pages and has space for the meeting description/title, date, minutes/notes, attendees list, apologies list and an actions checklist.

The meeting spreads are all numbered from 1 to 50, and there's a corresponding contents page at the front of the notebook so you can quickly find meetings later.
