2026 Changes to our Food Diary
We launched our first food diary in 2015 and since then we've sold thousands to our very happy customers. During most of that time we've had three versions, our general calorie diary as well as our Slimming World and Weight Watchers compatible versions.
However, the landscape has changed a lot over the past couple of years, many food diary manufacturers have gone under and sales have been reducing year on year.
We have made the decision that having three different versions isn't viable anymore and coupled with the changes Slimming World are making in 2026 it seemed like a good time to create a single version of our food diary that can work across multiple plans.
Our brand new diary introduces the following changes:
Instead of the 4-weekly sections that started with a plan page, then 4 weeks of logging followed by a review page, we now have 52 weekly spreads and at the front of the book there's now 12 monthly planning and review spreads.
The weekly spreads now no longer have titled sections (eg Treats, Points etc.) instead the left side has your general food logging and on the right you have two boxes which you can use however you like. Here's how we suggest you use them for your plan.

We have also removed the Your Journey page and will no longer be offering a 3 monthly version.
We've really enjoyed providing these diaries over the last decade to help with your journey and we hope that these changes mean that we can continue providing food diaries for the next ten years.
