Day-Per-Page Calorie Food Diary
Our day-per-page food diary is perfect for a calorie controlled diet and has space for either 14 or 21 weeks of logging.
Each of the log pages has space for logging your food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and their calories. In addition to the food logging, there's a space for the date, your water, fruit and veg intake, meal planning, shopping list, exercise/activity, notes and mood logger.
Each diary includes: Intro page. weight and measurements page, either 100 or 150 logging pages and a notes pages.
- A5 size book with colour printing throughout on great quality smooth 90gsm paper.
- Front and back covers are printed on great quality card and protected by thick plastic covers which ensures your log book is well protected.
- Wire binded with a 1mm greyboard back which gives the book sturdiness without making it fully hardback.
